  • Please fill out the information requested and click on the 'SUBMIT' button at the bottom.  Your request will be on its way to Brown Community Management.

Brown Community Management (BCM) is responsible for all property related matters.  All Property Care Requests should be submitted to BCM, utilizing the form to the left.  BCM will address all PCRs according to priority. 

Emergencies;  If you need to report an AFTER HOURS emergency, please call Brown Community Management Emergency Line at (480) 539-1396 and leave a detailed message so the on-call manager can contact you.

If you feel that the matter (other than landscape/irrigation issues) requires the attention of 
IronOaks Patrol, please contact them @ 480-802-4937 (Mobile Ph. # - answered 24/7 - 480-797-6508)

Exterior Property Insurance for the Villas is provided by the HOA through Foothills Insurance Agency

Foothills Insurance Agency (FIA) customer service team is here to provide information about the Association’s insurance policy for the exterior of your property.  We can also answer questions about your insurance needs for the interior of your property.  The HOA property insurance only covers the exterior.

You will need to provide FIA with your Name (as indicated on your mortgage), Address, and the “Mortgagee Clause” (Mortgagee Name and address) to be named as the certificate holder in order for us to complete the certificate. Also the email address or fax number where it should be sent.
